Our overseas manufacturing plant takes the greatest care when producing your project. Our slide show walks you through the process:

  1. Print and die cut carrier pieces
  2. Test the batteries
  3. Assemble the wiring components
  4. Test the memory chips
  5. Add protective EVA foam
  6. Attach the screen to the carrier face
  7. Finish inserting the wiring components
  8. Test for computer connectivity
  9. Finish the carrier assembly
  10. Load video content
  11. Test and quality control
  12. Carefully package video books in foam

Testing at every step of the process ensures each video book is thoroughly quality controlled from start to finish.
