How can I place an order?
Digital Book Printers is a trade only supplier of video brochures, video books, and video displays. To place an order, please contact an authorized promotional products distributor or printer.

How do I price a Video Book?
Base pricing is available in our Resource Section or through SAGE and ESP web sites. Video books are priced by screen size and type, cover style, internal capacity amount of navigation buttons, special features and quantity.
We've attempted to take the guesswork out of pricing by including most popular features into our base price, however since each video brochure project is unique, please confirm pricing with Digital Book Printers prior to quoting your client or placing an order.
Base price includes overseas express air freight and customs inspection. Shipping is quoted FOB Chicago, IL. Let us know if you have 3-4 weeks additional production time, we can ship by sea (vs air) and save you money.
Are they reusable and rechargeable?
Video brochures can be recharged and used over and over. Video brochures contain a rechargeable lithium ion battery that offers continuous play for over 90 mins! To recharge, simply plug into a computer or a charging device via the included micro USB cable.
Video content can be changed via USB cable with no software required. The internal memory of a video brochure is identical to a USB flash drive. Just drag and drop!
What screen types and sizes are available?
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) comes standard. You can also upgrade to an IPS Screen. IPS or In-Plane Switching screens offer truer color, wider viewing angle and HD resolution. All screen are measured diagonally; our video books come in the following sizes: 2.4”, 4.3”, 5”, 7”, 10”.
How much memory is included?
Our video brochures include a standard 256MB chip included in the price. We offer 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB,16GB, or 32GB chips for an additional fee.
What is a carrier?
The video screen and electronics are embedded in a carrier with the choice of a soft cover or a hard cover. The soft cover carrier is pliable and is suitable for screen sizes 2.4”, 4.3” and 5”. The hard cover carrier is like a hard cover book, it offers better protection to the larger screens, ie: 7” & 10”; however, they can be used for any size video brochure.
What are the standard carrier sizes?
4 1/4” x 2 1/2” x 1/4” - Can hold a 2.4” video screen
3 1/2” x 2 1/2” x 1/4” - Can hold a 2.4” Pop Out video screen
6 7/8” x 4 7/8” x 3/8” - Can hold a 2.4” or 4.3” or 5” video screen
8 1/4” x 5 7/8” x 3/8” - Can hold a 2.4” or 4.3” or 5” or 7” video screen
9 1/2” x 6 1/2” x 3/8” - Can hold a 2.4”, 4.3”, 5”, 7” or 10” video screen
What is included in the standard base price?
Our standard pricing includes three navigation buttons, four color process printing on all sides of the carrier, protective matte plastic lamination, digital proof, printing & assembly, video upload, USB cord, foam wrapping, and bulk packing in a corrugated shipping box.
What upgrades are available?
We offer gloss film and soft touch lamination, Spot UV, foil stamping and other finishing upgrades at an additional cost. Up to 7 additional navigation buttons (10 total) can be added for an additional fee.
Are pre-production samples available?
Pre-production samples are available for an additional fee. Add two to three weeks to standard lead time for prototyping.
How is video content loaded?
Your video content can be pre-loaded onto the books at no extra charge, or they can be shipped blank for content to be loaded later. Loading content is as simple as dragging and dropping a file. Head to our resources page to learn more about how to change content.
What video format is required?
For most screen sizes, your video file can be any of the following: MP4, AVI, ASF, or 3GP. The 2.4" screen requires a converted AVI file; converting software and instructions are available on request.
What if I don't have a video?
We have several production partnerships and can assist with a referral for larger scale video production; however, you don't need a big budget or production company to make a great video. When can I expect delivery?
Production time is 20-25 days after final proof and/or prototype approval.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a one year manufacturer warranty on all video brochure products.
